Can I book online?
There are two of us—will we be assigned to work with others on the team?
No, we never pair you up with other players on the team. You always play only with your own teammates. So you book per team, and it doesn't matter whether there are two of you or six.
I'd like to play with a team of 7 people. Is that possible?
The game is designed for teams of 2 to 6 people. If you'd still like to have a team of 7 or 8, you'll pay an additional €22.50 per person.
I'd like to book this through my company. Is that possible?
Yes, you can! You can participate with your coworkers, friends, teammates, and family. For companies, you can request an invoice in your company’s name. Feel free to contact us.
I see a separate "Team Building" option—what does that mean?
We offer two versions of our games. One is designed specifically for families with children and groups of friends. The other is designed specifically for companies. This version focuses on collaboration, communication, and getting to know one another.
Can I book multiple teams at the same time?
Yes, you can book 6 teams for our “Gold Heist” game and another 4 teams for the “Smugglers’ Route.” These teams can start at the same time and race against each other. “Gold Heist” has a maximum capacity of 36, and “Smugglers’ Route” has a maximum capacity of 24. So, in total, you can play with 60 people at the same time.
I'm coming with my family—is the route stroller-friendly?
The route is completely wheelchair-accessible, although some signs are a bit hard to find. But if you're playing as a team, you'll always figure it out. Strollers can also be brought along without any problems. If you have any questions about this, feel free to contact us by email.
How can I pay? And what about the deposit?
You can pay in advance or on the day of the event. You can pay via iDeal or by credit card (+5% fee). The deposit must be paid separately at the beginning and will be placed in an envelope during the game. When you return and all the materials are in good condition, you’ll get your deposit back. Always check for yourself that all materials are in good condition when you receive them. If anything is broken, report it immediately to the game master. You’ll also need to bring the deposit in cash.
How can I cancel?
You can do this free of charge up to 48 hours in advance via email. Send us an email with your reservation confirmation, and we’ll take care of it. If you cancel after the 48-hour period, you are not entitled to a refund.
Where does the game start?
The game begins with a brief briefing at Delftsestraat 33 in Rotterdam. That’s also where it ends.
Can I use the restroom at the starting location for a moment?
No, there is no restroom available since the briefing will be held outside.
It's raining. What should I do now?
If it rains a little, the activity will go on as planned—we have umbrellas and ponchos. But if it rains very hard and doesn’t stop, we’ll work together to find a solution. That might mean rescheduling for another day, changing the time, or canceling and issuing a refund. For us, it’s all about the experience—we want you to have a good time, and if you have to play the game soaking wet, that’s no fun. If the forecast looks bad, we’ll always get in touch with you.
